Refund Policy

iScale India brings you high quality weighing scales at affordable prices in Indian Market. We do not offer refund once the product is dispatched, but replacement is allowed if the damage is significant and effects the performance of the scale after the approval from our authorities. Approval will be solely based on the assessment done by our authorities on the basis of unboxing video provided by the customer.

 
Damaged Product: Unfortunately if the product received is damaged, please share the unboxing video of the product and Mail us to info@iscaleIndia.com (SUBJECT: Damaged Product: Name, Phone Number, Order Date)
We will pick up the damaged product from your location and will resend a new product at no additional charges after receiving and validation of the returned product.
Please note, no product damage claim will be entertained without a Valid, Untampered and Clear unboxing video of the first unboxing of the product.
 

Different Product: Incase if you have received a different product from what you have ordered, Please share the unboxing video of the product and Mail us at info@iscaleIndia.com (SUBJECT: Different Product: Name, Phone Number, Order Date). We will validate the order details and will pick up the Different product from your location and will resend a new product at no additional charges after receiving and validation of the returned product.

Cancellation policy:

As we receive your order and payment, packing and dispatch procedure is started immediately hence cancellation or modification of order is not possible. We accept prepaid orders only because we ship the product just after receiving the order.
