Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing & Dispatch
    • Orders are dispatched within 3 working business days via DTDC, Xpressbees or Delhivery courier.
    • Delivery typically takes 3-10 working days, depending on the location.
    • Tracking details will be provided after dispatch.
    • Delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues are beyond our control.
  2. Shipping Charges & Returns
    • Free shipping is available across India.
    • If a shipment is returned due to customer-related reasons (e.g., unavailability, rejection, or incorrect address), the forward and return shipping charges will be deducted from any refund amount.
    • For prepaid orders, if the customer requests re-shipping, they must pay the forward and return shipping charges before a new shipment is dispatched.
  3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
    • In case of order rejection or return, the 10% advance payment will not be refunded.
    • If the customer wants re-delivery, a new order must be placed with a fresh 10% advance payment.
