Thank you for choosing iScale India. We strive to offer a seamless experience to our customers. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms, including our Refund and Cancellation Policy, Shipping Policy and Warranty Policy:
1. Website Usage
- Access to this website is subject to compliance with local laws and these terms.
- All website content is provided as a license for personal use only. Modifying, copying, or using materials for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
- Misuse of the website may result in termination of access.
2. Order Confirmation and Payment
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a 10% advance payment.
- This advance is non-refundable in case of rejection, cancellation, or failure to accept delivery, where iScale India is not at fault.
3. Replacement Policy
- We allow replacements only in the following cases:
- Damaged product upon delivery.
- Incorrect product received.
- To process a replacement, customers must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video at the time of first opening. Claims without video proof cannot be accepted.
- Replacement requests should be made within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds are not applicable.
4. Shipping Policy
- Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-10 working days depending on the location.
- Tracking details will be provided after dispatch. Delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues are beyond our control.
- Free shipping is available across India.
5. Legal Compliance for Products
- For machines above 50kg capacity, customers must get the product stamped by the local Legal Metrology Department before use. This is a legal requirement.
- Domestic scales are intended for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes. If such scales are used commercially and legal action is taken, the customer bears full responsibility for penalties or consequences.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- All products and website materials are provided “as is”, without any warranties, expressed or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a specific purpose.
- iScale India is not responsible for indirect losses, damages, or misuse of products.
- In case of disputes, legal jurisdiction will be Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
7. Policy Modifications
- We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions, our Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review policies regularly.
8. Warranty Policy

Products come with a standard warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

Exclusions:
- Consumable parts (batteries, adapters, etc.) are not covered under warranty.
- Damages caused by improper use, mishandling, moisture, or environmental factors are excluded.

Support Process:
- Customers must first attempt self-troubleshooting with guidance from our customer support team over call.
- If the issue is unresolved through on-call support, physical assistance will be provided offsite only. Customers must bear the cost of sending the product to our location as conveyed by the support team.

After the warranty period, spare parts will be available for self-replacement.

Free on-call troubleshooting support will continue to assist with minor issues.
