Cancelation Policy

At iScale India (Baijnath Premnath), all orders are processed, tested, packed, and shipped specifically against confirmed customer requests. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Confirmation & Payment Policy

iScale India ships orders under one of the following payment methods:

A. Prepaid Orders

The full order amount is paid before dispatch.

B. Partial COD Orders

For eligible orders, a mandatory advance payment is collected before shipment and the remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery.

Important

No order is eligible for processing, packing, dispatch, or shipping without the required advance payment.

If a customer places a COD order but does not complete the required advance payment, the order may be cancelled automatically without further notice.

iScale India reserves the right to accept, reject, hold, or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Certain products may require additional testing, stamping, calibration, documentation, or packaging time.
  • Tracking details are shared once the shipment is dispatched.
  • Dispatch timelines are estimates and may vary depending on workload, product type, stock availability, or operational requirements.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Most shipments are delivered within 3-10 working days after dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines depend on destination, courier serviceability, and local conditions.
  • Delivery dates shown on the website are estimates only and should not be treated as guaranteed delivery commitments.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide:

  • Correct name
  • Complete address
  • Correct PIN code
  • Valid mobile number
  • Any required landmark or delivery instructions

iScale India shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, or additional charges arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Shipping Delays

Although we strive to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Transport disruptions
  • Regional disturbances
  • Strikes
  • Courier operational issues
  • Remote location service delays

Such delays shall not be considered grounds for cancellation, refund, compensation, or chargeback.

6. Cancellation Policy

As soon as an order is confirmed, the process of verification, testing, packing, documentation, and shipment preparation begins.

Therefore, cancellation or modification of orders is generally not possible.

Orders cannot be cancelled once:

  • Processing has started.
  • Product testing has been completed.
  • Packing has been completed.
  • Shipping label has been generated.
  • Courier booking has been completed.
  • Shipment has been dispatched.

Customers requiring urgent cancellation should contact us immediately after placing the order. Any approval shall be solely at the discretion of iScale India.

7. Partial COD Orders

For eligible products and locations, iScale India may offer Partial Cash on Delivery.

Under Partial COD:

  • A mandatory advance payment is collected before dispatch.
  • The remaining balance is payable upon delivery.

Advance Payment

The advance amount is collected to confirm the order and cover expenses related to:

  • Order processing
  • Quality checks
  • Packaging
  • Documentation
  • Shipping arrangements

Non-Refundable Advance

Once an order has been processed, the advance payment becomes non-refundable.

The advance amount shall not be refunded if:

  • The customer refuses delivery.
  • The customer is unavailable for delivery.
  • Incorrect address information is provided.
  • The shipment is returned due to customer-related reasons.
  • The customer changes their mind after shipment.
  • The customer no longer requires the product.

8. Refused, Undelivered, or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to customer-related reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Delivery refusal
  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect contact information
  • Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
  • Failure to accept delivery
  • Customer requests return while in transit

Then the customer shall be responsible for all shipping expenses incurred.

This may include:

  • Forward shipping charges
  • Return shipping charges
  • Re-dispatch shipping charges
  • Additional handling charges, where applicable

9. Re-Dispatch Requests

If a customer wishes to receive a shipment that was previously returned due to customer-related reasons:

  • Re-dispatch shall be subject to approval by iScale India.
  • All applicable shipping and return freight charges must be paid in advance.
  • iScale India reserves the right to require full prepaid payment before re-dispatching the order.

10. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

iScale India does not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Capacity not matching customer requirements
  • Accuracy not matching customer requirements
  • Platform size not matching customer requirements
  • Product no longer required
  • Duplicate orders placed by mistake
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners
  • Refused deliveries
  • Failed deliveries due to customer-related reasons
  • Partial COD advance payments after order processing

No cash refund, bank transfer refund, UPI refund, card refund, wallet refund, store credit, or partial refund shall be issued once an order has been processed.

11. Right to Refuse Service

iScale India reserves the right to:

  • Refuse any order.
  • Cancel any unconfirmed order.
  • Restrict COD availability.
  • Request additional verification before shipment.
  • Convert COD orders to prepaid orders where necessary.

Such decisions may be taken for fraud prevention, operational reasons, repeated delivery failures, or any other business reason deemed appropriate by iScale India.
