Welcome to iScale India. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing any product from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Website Usage

  • Access to this website is subject to applicable laws and these Terms Conditions.
  • All content, images, product descriptions, graphics, logos, and materials available on this website are the property of iScale India and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without prior notice.

2. Product Information

  • We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and other information are accurate.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.
  • Specifications, features, accessories, and packaging may change without prior notice as part of product improvements
  • iScale India reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time

3. Orders & Payments

Orders may be accepted under either of the following payment methods:

A. Prepaid Orders

The full order value is paid before dispatch.

B. Partial COD Orders (Eligible Orders Only)

A mandatory advance payment of:

₹249 or 10% of the order value, whichever is higher

must be paid before shipment processing.

Important
  • COD facility is not available for orders above ₹9,999.
  • Orders above ₹9,999 shall be accepted only on prepaid payment terms
  • Orders placed under COD without the required advance payment may be automatically cancelled.
  • iScale India reserves the right to refuse, hold, verify, or cancel any order at its sole discretion
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Shipping, Cancellation & Replacement

Shipping, cancellation, and replacement requests shall be governed by our separate policies available on the website

Customers are advised to review:

before placing an order.

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Refunds are not offered for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong product selection
  • Incorrect capacity selection
  • Incorrect accuracy selection
  • Incorrect platform size selection
  • Product no longer required
  • Delivery refusal
  • Customer-related delivery failures
  • Partial COD advance payments after order processing.

Eligible issues, if any, shall be handled through replacement only as per our Replacement Policy.

6. Warranty

Validity

Products are covered by a warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only

Service Process

Customers must first contact our support team for troubleshooting assistance.

Support may be provided through:

  • Phone
  • WhatsApp
  • Photos
  • Videos
  • Video calls (where required)

If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, the scale or affected component may be required to be sent to an authorized service centre at the customer's expense.

Doorstep service is not available.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Shipping charge
  • Packaging expenses
  • Any incidental expenses involved in sending the product for service
Warranty Exclusion

Warranty does not cover:

  • Batteries
  • Keypads
  • Stickers
  • Switches
  • Legs
  • Printer paper rolls
  • Physical damage
  • Water or moisture damage
  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Unauthorized settings or calibratio
  • Accident
  • Natural calamities
  • Fire
  • Rat or pest damage
  • Voltage fluctuations
  • Overloading beyond rated capacity
Warranty Void Conditions

Warranty shall become void if:

  • The product is not used according to the user manual.
  • Repairs, settings, calibration, or modifications are performed by unauthorized persons.
  • Serial numbers, labels, or identification markings are removed or tampered with
No Replacement or Refund Under Warranty

During the warranty period, warranty service is limited to offsite repair only.

No replacement, exchange, or refund shall be provided under warranty.

Warranty Claims

Customers should retain both:

  • Purchase Invoice
  • Product Documentation

as they may be required for warranty claims.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and final approval by iScale India.

7. Legal Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchased product is suitable for their intended application and complies with applicable laws and regulations.

For products above 50kg capacity, customers are responsible for obtaining local verification/ stamping from the concerned Legal Metrology Department wherever required by law before commercial usage

Any penalties, compliance issues, or legal consequences arising from improper use shall be the sole responsibility of the customer

8. Limitation of Liabilit

  • iScale India shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of its products or services
  • Liability, if any, shall not exceed the original invoice value of the product purchased.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the website, courier services, third-party software, mobile applications, or external services.

9. Right to Refuse Service

iScale India reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service
  • Refuse orders
  • Cancel suspicious transactions
  • Restrict COD availability
  • Request additional verification before shipment

where necessary for fraud prevention, operational reasons, or business requirements.

10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, policies, product specifications, pricing, and website content at any time without prior notice

The latest version published on the website shall govern all transactions

11. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
